Autonomous API Calling is finally here
Our most impactful upgrade since the launch of OrygoAI.
This is by far the most advanced and game-changing upgrade we’ve built so far. Our AI Agents can now perform operational tasks fully autonomously via API.
New Capabilities:
With this upgrade, our AI agents can:
Be programmed to execute over 50 operational tasks with simple, natural language instructions (no flows, no code, just straightforward instructions in Italian or English).
Understand user requests during a conversation and autonomously select the most appropriate task to execute, following a framework: REASON, DECIDE, ACT.
Interact intelligently with users to collect necessary inputs (like order numbers, emails, coupon codes, etc.).
Be integrated with any software in just a few clicks through APIs and secure, behind-the-scenes credential management.
Autonomously generate the necessary API calls to complete a task and read the response.
Provide feedback to the user once the task is completed.
Performance:
Even in this version 1.0, OrygoAI Support Agents complete GET API calls autonomously, correctly, and without errors 98% of the time.
In customer support, which is OrygoAI Support specialization, we’re already achieving 60% of tickets fully managed by AI without human assistance for some clients.

What’s next:
We’ll be releasing numerous and frequent upgrades in three main areas:
Capability enhancement: We’ll continue to expand the agency and operational capabilities of our AI Agents so they can perform more complex tasks.
Error reduction: We’ll refine them continuously to bring the error rate close to zero. They need to be flawless in executing assigned tasks.
Application areas: We have specialized AI Agents in the pipeline for new work domains.
We’re still small, but we think this is one of the right paths for truly autonomous AI agents that massively empower people at work and eliminate grunt work forever.
We incredibly proud of this upgrade. Not only have we never developed a product of this caliber, but this finally establishes OrygoAI as a true AI Agents Lab. It’s an excellent start to this new adventure✨
